About Mohammed Zohaib
Mohammed Zohaib is a Dubai real estate entrepreneur and the CEO and co-founder of 3X Capital, a developer-direct brokerage based in Business Bay. He has more than 17 years in real estate, has sold over 6,500 properties and has transacted more than $2 billion worth of property. He is also an investor, a YouTuber, a podcast host and a TEDx speaker.
From broker to brokerage founder
Zohaib built his career on the sales floor, working directly with Dubai’s leading developers and their buyers. Over almost two decades he has been consistently ranked as a top broker by Emaar Properties, and he has also delivered strong results with DAMAC, Sobha and other market leaders.
That experience led him to co-found 3X Capital. The idea behind the company is simple. Dubai real estate should be bought with clear advice, developer-direct pricing and honest guidance on which projects to buy and which to leave alone. Under his leadership, 3X Capital brings technology, media, entertainment and education into the way people discover and buy property in Dubai.
